I checked in for stylist Kayla online. I also checked in once I arrived. I was the only person on deck and waiting when I arrived to the store. After I was there for about 10 minutes another online check in showed on deck after me for any available stylist. Kayla had been free for about five minutes, and I was next up, but she called the other guy by name and ignored me. It was obvious she knew the guy. Is there an unpublished VIP plan I should know? I made the stylists aware that I was suppose to be in Kayla's chair. Kayla ignored me and another stylist offered me the next free stylist. I left, never to return.
